Take a short drive to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha, the tallest stone Buddha statue in the world, carved into the side of Mount Lingyun. After lunch, drive back to Chengdu, visit Wenshu Temple in the afternoon, where you can spend some time sitting in its tea house and absorb the special atmosphere.
