Visit Myanmar on a horseback. After visiting Yangon's amazing Shwedagon Pagoda, the colonial city centre, ride the circular train to explore Yangon's neighbourhoods, then spend seven days horseback riding, exploring the hidden ethnic villages, and stunning mountain scenery. Visit many off the beaten path villages, meet the tribes and observe their way of life. Also, you will visit the Pindaya Caves, the Inn Dain Pagoda complex, Kalaw, Inle Lake, and you will spend a night in a monastery which will be a unique experience.
Horse riding is one of the most pleasurable ways to spend your time in the countryside, passing through ethnic villages that are usually off the tourist trail and through countryside that is seldom seen.

Day 1. Arrive Yangon (-/-/-)
Meet your guide at Yangon International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Later you will be visit the Chauk Htat Gyi Reclining Buddha Image, the city center, Scott's Market and the colonial quarter. In the evening, visit the amazing Shwedagon Pagoda, believed to have been built more than 2500 years ago.
Day 2. Yangon Circular train (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Yangon central railway station built in the 19th century by the British. Board the circular railway train, which runs around various neighborhoods in the city, as well as outskirts. Absorb spectacular views as you witness the landscape changing from concrete to paddy fields to pastoral villages. Learn about historical landmarks along the way from your expert guide. Even catch a glimpse of food and drink vendors along the streets. In the evening stroll along little India & Chinatown. Drive back to the hotel.
Day 3. Yangon - Heho - Bawsai (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Heho. Upon arrival, transfer to our appointed meeting place serving as an ideal base for horse riding. Upon arrival, meet your horse, and start riding to Bawsai village, stopping en route for refreshments for horses and riders. On the way we will visit villages and spend some time observing the villagers' way of life. Enjoy your lunch in Thekon village. After lunch continue riding to Bawsai. Dinner and overnight at Bawsai village.
Day 4. Bawsai - Konlon (B/L/D)
In the morning enjoy your breakfast at the village. Following breakfast begin a leisurely morning of horse riding on a mountain trail to Konlon, stopping en route at small villages. In Konlon we will see the dead body of the venerable Monk Konlon. Dinner and overnight in Kondon.
Day 5. Konlon - Pindaya Caves (B/L/D)
In the morning enjoy your breakfast at the village. Following breakfast continue horse riding on a mountain trail to Pindaya, famous for the Pindaya Caves, where over 8000 Buddha statues were enshrined over the centuries. Take a short rest at Pa Laung village, where you will also have your lunch, then proceed to Pindaya. We will be passing through the Pa O and Danu villages of Pwehla, endless fields of dry cultivated mountain rice and potatoes. On arrival to Pindaya, visit the Pindaya Caves, then ride to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Pindaya.
Day 6. Pindaya - Zandikone (B/L/D)
Breakfast at your hotel and continue riding to Zandikone Village. The trail passes through beautiful scenery. On the way visit the villages of Danu and Shan. Your guide will introduce you to the villagers and you can walk around to observe their traditional way of life. You will see their potato, coffee, ginger, maltrice, cabbage, cauliflower and sesame plantations. Lunch at a small village. After lunch proceed to Zandikone village. Dinner and overnight at Zandikone village.
Day 7. Zandikone - Yazagi - Kyone Village (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the village, then continue riding to Kyone village, stopping en route at Yazagyi village for refreshments. Lunch at Ka Lat Kone village. After lunch proceed towards Kyone village, passing some more villages. On arrival in Kyone village, sightseeing in the village, and you will be able to view the sunset from a nice spot before dinner.
Dinner and overnight at Kyone village.
Day 8. Kyone Village - Kalaw (B/L/D)
Breakfast in Kyone village, then continue our riding tour, stopping en route at Naung Ye village (Danu tribe) for refreshments and lunch. After lunch continue to Kalaw. Dinner and overnight at Myinka village (near Kalaw).
Day 9. Kalaw - Htitain (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the village, start riding to Ye Cho village. On the way pass through wheat, ginger, and potato plantations. Lunch at Ye Cho monastery. After that, proceed riding to Htitain village (Pa O village), where you will have dinner. Overnight at Htitain local monastery which will be a unique experience.
Day 10. Htitain - Inn Dain - Inle Lake (B/L/-)
In the morning enjoy your breakfast at the village. Following breakfast begin a leisurely morning of horse riding in the mountains. On arrival at Inn Dain village we come to an end of our horse riding tour. Say goodbye to your horse, then have a leisurely lunch here. In the afternoon we will explore Inle Lake; visit the Shwe Indein Pagoda complex, and the floating gardens and villages on the lake.
Day 11. Inle Lake - Nyaung Shwe - Heho - Yangon (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning visit a colorful local market in the Inle Lake region (on market days only). Transfer to the airport for your flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 12. Departure (B/-/-)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
